The case they say was withdrawn I think is John Sand the one that has been posting every where. Wonder what caused that change.

We all convinced him that it was a frivolous lawsuit  wink  It was an unfortunate accident - we all agree and are genuinely sorry for his loss. But that doesn't mean that Yamaha was at fault!!! I personally am very happy with the outcome - hope his attorneys lost their shorts on this one. IMO - tort reform would go a long way to fixing any perceived problems with health care...

I was kinda thinking maybe yamaha is waiting till all this legal crap is done with.
I cant say that I would blame them for it if thats the case.

I agree. In fact that is what my feeble attempt at humor was trying to say  roll  I think Yamaha will eventually come back with a something special.

It takes a while for lawyers to design a new machine...  roll

I make 12 sperm donations a month  tongue Im in my 9th year lol

lol I was eyeing that $224k too. And then I thought I could skip all the fun and just fetch the $9.6m for my DNA  big_smile  Question, is it painful to extract bone marrow?  :?  Also, not to knit pick tour research, but you did not list the going rate for a left nut  wink

I don't know... which would you recomend? Is the ABS tough?

#548 Re: The X Spot » RUESCH XRL AND XR THE REAL DEAL? » 2010-01-14 18:08:01

It is the Weber. You can get non-turbo (I think about 100hp) and the turbo is about 150hp. Their other machines use the Cfmoto.

I have reserved a condo for Feb. 26 and 27th. Jana has a dental convention the week before she can not miss. Sounds like everyone (Fastrax, Brad777, Mr.K) is good to change to that week except zrated (maybe Amy can work some magic  wink ). I am planning on bringing my son and family and possibly Steve and Cindy. If they do not come I will have more room. Is everyone still in? Stoneman? Ride Sat. in Mesquite (eat crab buffet that night) and Sunday at Sand Hollow. What do you think?

OK - got (new) computer working well enough to edit the rest of my clips - they will be in Monday's mail to Jared. Spent a lot of money on a new machine (I5 processor, GTX 285 vid, lots of ram, 32" screen), and Adobe Premier Elements and have had nothing but problems with video - "Video driver has stopped responding and has recovered"  Have have spent so much time on the phone (and emailing) support people in India, I now speak in fast broken english  :?

#555 Re: Ranger and RZR Parts and Accessories » New UTV Heater » 2010-01-09 18:09:53

Just got it yesterday. Looked for good mounting location on both RZR S and Rhino... nothing looks promising right now. Real estate on the RZR is limited and the Rhino has better options but will interfere with console. Mounting bracket that comes with it is limiting. Mounting to plastic dash or firewall will allow it to vibrate - only other support will be hoses - probably not a good idea. May have to fab a mounting bracket. Will post some pics of the heater and mounting bracket later.
