I have a HD, but no Boss set up yet.
If you don't mind what did you pay?
KC
Anyone have the new Ranger HD with the boss Lift and carry system? Any thoughts, comments?
Thanks
KC

Hey everyone,
The Teryx is going to be featured on Speed TV's Test Drive show. It airs tomorrow and runs for the next few weeks. Paul Tracy, Richard Childress and Larry Roeseler take it to Dumont Dunes, Baja and Montana. I was at the shoots and it should be a cool show.
Check it out!
Just saw the end of it on Saturday, I will have to watch the hole thing:)
KC
Thanks I saw the same thing on TV and wanted to know what people knew.

Has anyone heard of the lawsuit against Yamaha Rhino roll over?
KC
What would be the best winch for a 700 EFI, hard mounted, and would be used for lifting a blade along with other things.
Brand? Size?
KC
Yes - locked rear axle!
Thanks for the info.

Does the Rhino tear up the yard when turning? Not in 4 wheel drive!
KC
It really comes down to how your going to use it. I personally would go for something more narrow than a ranger if I was going to use it at all for play. A narrow vehicle will help get you through some of the ruts from 4x4s to where a ranger might be more prone to high centering... thinkin' it through!
Thank you for your insight, we are still looking but you make a great point!!
KC
What is the current financing incentives? P.S. I am in the chat room...
Ranger is 3.99 for 72 months or less.
KC
I agree. But if it is just for work you might want to consider some of the other "work horses" like the John Deere, Kubota or others.
Great point, lots of work at first but then more fun. Trail riding and dune riding. Lots of the work will be plowing and towing a grader from DR. I would think both would be just fine for this.
One good point is Ranger has a great financing deal right now:)

What was the dealer trying to sell you AAFD? The Rhino doesn't have the biggest bed or the best payload, but I will bet you will have more fun working Pulled a 6" stump with mine and hauled some things around my little yard, I am impressed with its utility! I am even more impressed with its climbing ability
A Ranger XP 700 EFI, he did not sell Rhino. I was a little turned off but he had a good price.
KC
I am not sure why he would say that??? It would do a great job for you in those areas. What were his reasons?
It was to small, bed and the bed capacity!
Thanks for responding!!!!
KC
I was at a dealer looking at the 700 EFI, I liked it, but another dealer said it would not work for jobs around the yard including moving snow, dirt and multch. All loose, dumped from bed.
