I have a stock RZR (wife's) which is a great machine, except for a couple of broken clips.

Anyhow, I checked out the Ruesch and it is a nice looking machine.  I'm in the  Phoenix area and I am looking into buying one.  I don't think it's as fast as the RZR, but maybe with the factory turbo option it might beat RZR.  I paid well over $12k for the stock RZR, I can probably get the long travel Ruesch XRL for quite a bit less.  They say they are setting up dealers all around the country, with full parts, and service support.  That makes me feel good.  Besides you can put a lot of the Rhino parts onto the Ruesch and vise-versa.
