Where are you guys at with this bill?? Most of us here in West Linn were snowed in pretty bad and some chose to take their ATV's / Side X Side's to local stores to get food and supplies for their families. The local law enforcement wasn't too thrilled and came un-glued. At this point its officer discretion in my opinion, and under the circumstances they should have been a bit more understanding. What if it was a natural disaster or emergency?? That whole incident jump started my interest in getting something going. So before I re-invent the wheel I figured I would check with you to see where things were at. Even if we can just  get Class II's that would be great. With the economy as it is and vehicle prices as high as they are, this would be awesome.
