perfromance and reliablitly is great. In the begining they has some problems, but have since been addressed. Our Trooper T2 will consistently out run the RZRs. We have 2 friends that own them.
If you guys have any questions about the Joyners, just hit me up.
If you're looking to pick up alot of power check this out. We offer a turbo system for the Joyner Troopers. Here's the link to the turbo kit. The only problem you may have on your Trooper is the 2wd/4wd locker, but Team Joyner USA is fixing the problem with a manual locker.

The motors are made by Cherry Motors. It's the 2nd largest engine manufactuer in the world. They hold up well.
We are a Joyner dealer and currently ride a Trooper. We've done the King Shocks, power steering kit, adjustable computer, and 30" tires on Douglas 14" wheels. We have rode this Trooper for about a year now without any problems what so ever. You can check out pictures of it on www.tobefast.com. We offer the full line and have rode several of the machines, like the 800 Renegade, 1100 Trooper, 250 Sand Viper, 650 Sand Spider, 800 Sand Viper, 1100 Sand Viper, and the 2.0 Sand Runner. These are great machines.
If you have any questions about Joyner in general, just email me at art@tobefast.com
I used to work for Yamaha(4 years). The problem is the rear brake rotor and pads. If you forget and leave your parking brake on and ride it, it messes up the rear rotor and brakes. Change both of them and the sound will go away. Trust me I sold a lot of rotors and brakes.
I would suggest looking into the Joyner Trooper. It's a well built sidexside with a 5-speed transmission. 1100cc 4 cylinder engine as well. Check it out, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
What brand is the vehicle?
From what I've seen on the Joyner's, they are top notched. They have fixed the axle problems from the first run of vehicles. We use and abuse them every weekend. They have held up better than the 2006 Special Edition 660 Rhino that we had. We had to replace brakes on the Rhino, and have yet to do anything to the Trooper, (except upgrades) no breakages. The Chery engine is the 2nd largest engine builder. Parts are easy to get. If anyone wants to know about the Joyners, feel free to message me. Thanks
