No, man. We haven't. I'd like to but haven't found much time to even ride lately. Hopefully we will get something together and get some organized rides scheduled.
Thought I would post an updated photo. Since last I've installed doors and 12" wide tires all the way around. Lovin' it!
If you're all about the power and speed then drop the $ on a Can Am Commander. Fastest and most powerful machine on the market (right now). It also has lots of cool features like a trunk and lots of storage compartments and stuff.
If you want the best all-around performance then a RZR XP 900 is going to be your best bet. It out climbs, out jumps, and out handles anything else I have come across. Plus, they just look sweet.
I don't know enough about the Arctic Cat's new Wildcat to give a real opinion on it. It looks cool, but the reviews are mixed online.
Performance wise ... in my humble opinion ... these are the three industry leaders right now.
Best thing you can do is find a buddy that rides in a group with several people and see what fits you best. Good luck!
Trying to get some ... hoping to go this weekend
Ziggy ...
I have purchased a few things from EMP ... INCLUDING my roof, which I love! Easy install and perfect fit.
I purchased a Pure Polaris lock and ride roof before that and didn't like it as much. The lock and ride aspect is really cool if you don't want to have a roof all the time, but the cut and style of the roof doesn't cover the driver very well. If the sun is bearing down then expect it to be on your shoulders. If it is raining then expect to get wet.
My friend purchased an EMP roof for his and after seeing how well his fit and how well it covered/protected the driver then I immediately sold mine and purchased an EMP. Haven't looked back since.
Hope this helps!
Thanks Kryptonite ... I really appreciate that. Unfortunantly, I ordered them last week and am waiting on them to arrive any day. I'll be sure to remember you before I make my next purchase though.
I do lot's of trail riding through the woods ... hill climbing, rocks, and occasionally mud (when I feel up to making a trip to the car wash after).
I spend most of my riding weekends at Turkey Bay located here at Land Between the Lakes. It's a beautiful place to ride next to the water. I'm hoping to make a trip up there this weekend, take some pics of the really nice spots, and post them in the "where to ride" section.
Thanks, fellas.
I'm installing some Pro Armor doors next week. Not sure where I want to go from there ...
Thanks guys
Hello everyone!
My name is Justin, and I'm from Western Kentucky. I live about 20 miles from Turkey Bary in LBL (a great place to ride btw).
I'm really excited to be here. The main reason being that I very much appreciate not dedicating a forum to a single brand. This makes it possible to see all different options, advantages, and changes in the side by side industry ... even though I am a die hard RZR man.
You have a really well put together and easy to use site.
I look forward to getting to know you all better. Hope to see on the trails!
