bought a new wildcat x this summer, towed it all the way out to use it and on its 4th mile the power steering motor failed, ive phoned arctic cat 21 times, all you get is an answering machine every time, anytime of the day/night. i've left a message each time with all my details including vehicle vin, 2 months later the dealership finally has it fixed, 2400$ just for the part. still no call back from arctic cat. Lots of other defects and failures when I bought it, like faded pink seats, which the dealer guaranteed 2 days theyd have warranty seats in there. Unfortunatly artic cat missboxed all of their seats and labelled the box red seats when they were orange. Took a month and several orders for arctic cat to get that right. I must say my dealer was great and did everything they could, but if anyone buys a wildcat and expects quality or service from arctic cat , KEEP DREAMIN!!! 2 months later and I can finally use my wildcat for the first time, I see why they only give 6 months warranty, half of it is up before you get to use it so its basicly theyre way of saying its a piece of junk sorry no warranty. If arctic cat ever phones me I will post an update, but im not holding my breath for any more months lol
