It is easy enough that if you really need to work on something you can unbolt and dump the bed but it is not a quick release by any means. you kind of want it solid in case you roll. I saw a pic the other day of a Rhino wreck and the bed was dumped because of the impact. you don't want passengers getting ejected because the front of the cage is not hooked in securely to the back.
Also that is the only rack we have now but we are building spare tire holders, half racks, and possibly a lock box. If you have any ideas let me know it is super easy to make things mount to the back. They are just M10 metric nuts that anything can bolt to.
Here are the updated pictures that show the side bars, utility rack, and all mounting brackets.

Here's our aluminum half doors. They bolt up solid so you have to step over them to get in but they keep your legs and feet inside in case of a rollover.

Here's our new bolt in rear roll cage. Made from 1 3/4" tube and laser cut brackets. Completely bolt together so it ships in flat FEDEX box to anywhere in the U.S.

you can't see it very well but the cage does attach to the machine in the back. Those brackets sitting on top of the bed bolt onto the bed in 3 locations per side from the inside of the Rhino. This is the same way many of the cage builders out there are mounting the rear of the cage the only difference is we use a steel bracket to catch the mounting holes instead of running tube to the holes. The lower mounting plates are 10 gauge steel which is just over 1/8" thick. All of the mounting brackets are duplicates of the brackets used on the factory cage. The tubing is 1 3/4" diameter .125" wall thickness which is double the thickness of the factory cage.
As far as the cages protection is concerned believe me we would not sell a dangerous product. The cage is extremely solid and we have had no problems. It is made from 1 3/4" x .125 wall tubing and laser cut and bent brackets. For those of you who are not into sheet metal or engineering metal becomes extremely strong when it is bent using proper tooling and equipment. All of the brackets were made with this in mind in house by Iron Rhino Design. We cut, bend, and weld all of our own products and have 100% confidence in there ability to provide protection. The cage may look heavy but it adds only 70#'s to the weight of your Rhino the way it is shown in the pics. It also is completely bolt together and ships FEDEX to anywhere much easier than other cages available. Also should you roll all the parts are separate so you can order new sides, cross bars, or any other part individually instead of having to deal with a bent cage or replace and entire cage.
