I do understand your concern about the dealer thing but you can always get what you need from a good established dealer like us if you need parts.  The service end is not a problem as the unit is more like a car than a ATV.  We have two new 1100's we are blowing out for dealer cost as we are really overstocked with the economy being what it is.  The units have been pretty much trouble free with the exception of the occasional blown fuse when the fan goes under water.
