I bought Two rzrs from Jerry And paid him in full First part of January.
He said he had two ready to go TITLE in hand.
Well after sending a truck from Ohio to Georgia twice I found out he didn't even have them let alone have them done!!
My trucker tried to contact him to get loaded and he would not even answer to tell him anything!! He wasted his and my time.
This happened twice.
The third time after telling me he would load my truck at 6:30 pm my truck waited and he never even showed and again he would not even return calls.
So I had my guy stick around till morning and when he showed NOPE not done.
My truck took off and about a hour or two later Jerry calls there done.
So I had the truck pull over and wait while he brought them up to him.
Now I quote from Jerry at T&T "I had put the titles in the mail this morning for next day delivery to you so I do not have anything to give the truck driver".
No prob I say.Thanks.
Now we are march 4 2008 and No Titles he never sent them....he never had them.
He has emailed me twice in Feb. for Vin numbers to make sure he sends the right ones and nothing.
I got the units in and surprise not really they do not have the 3"lift just a 2" one was missing the brushguar,center caps and lug nuts.
AND he called and said there Done.
Jerry has sent me a 214.00 dollar refund for the brushguard caps and lugs.
Enough to cover this stuff no but hey better than nothing.
Now he will not respond to e-mails or phone calls.
I have now gotten the local authorities from Georgia involved to see if next I need to get a lawyer involved.
I just want my titles and hope no one has to go through this.
Its Bulls%&t people can't be trusted anymore.
I have bought Lamborghini's and other 100,000 dollar plus cars and never laid a eye on them and came in better than I hoped.
This is the kind of guy that caused more trouble than I am sure he is worth.
