thanks for the reply, I think the biggest concern I have is maintenance of the belt, how to adjust it properly ect. And anything else that I would need to watch for, again I dont know much about the ranger so I dont know the ?s to ask but as they arise I will be asking you guys so thanks again for your help and the help I may need later. i too was looking at the rhino and teryx, and tested both as well as many others except for the ranger xp. When i finally decided on the teryx i went to a dealer that sold all three machines because they had good deals on the 08 models. We had the kawasaki ready to load when my wife said that she liked the ranger because of the bench seat, we have a 5 month old is her reasoning. After talking to her, she finally said drive all of them so you can compare, so i did, and wow I could not believe how much friendlier the ranger was compared to the other two. More room, better ride, quiter, seats 3 just all around more comfortable. Now I have an 09 xp 700, perfect for hauling us and the dogs and the car seat fits great in the middle and is very safe with the extra seatbelt. I use mine for about 20/80 work play.
