I have a rzr sport and I live in missouri. Today I went riding at a local state park that is in the sand flats, and after driving for probably 30-45 minutes on a motocross style track that I kind of layed out myself, my belt started getting hot and slipping. I was romping it the whole time and the track had some fairly tight turns in it so I was accelerating a lot. But my rzr only has 15 hours on it so I know its not worn. Not to mention it was about 40 degrese today. All the floods were good, the fan wasnt even on, so I know the belt was just slipping.

Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to keep my belt cooler? I saw those grill things that you cut that panel out and put on, but its more where the air intake is, not the belt housing. Do I just need the stiffer clutch springs if I plan to give er hell for this long?

I have a rzr s, and it is for sure a huge improvement from the regular one if u plan on jumping and going fast. I race motocross so the first day I had it out jumping anything I could find. I can launch it 5 or 6 feet high and barely feel anything. I recently went to a local state park, which is in the sand flats and there were 2 foot whoops out there that i was hitting at 50mph, and I must say Im ipressed. Theyve beefed up the axils a ton this year too, I had an 08 rzr, and if would even hit a rough hill with It mashed, I would break axils, but this one is good
