Took it to the dunes over memorial day weekend.. it had .4 hours on the motor and 1 mile on the clock..
it now has 225 miles on it..
what an awesome machine.. i loved it i just rode and rode and rode (and put gas in it, uses a lot of gas)
and rod and rode..
really excellent little machine..
i have a full blown dune bike that i took also.. i rode it for about 10 or 15 minutes out of "respect" but other than that it sat on the trailer..
that says quite a bit when you leave your dune bike on the trailer and troll the dunes in a big red golf cart.
i had no problems getting around.. it will hang with the big dogs.. turning and climbing and jumping are all awesome..

i got mine on thursday and took it to the dunes in oklahoma for the weekend.. i put 225 miles on it and i give it a 12.5 out of 10.. it is awesome..

i got mine yesterday too and yes it hauls a@@ i got it just a little over 60. havent got to ride it too much yet, but it's going to the dunes this afternoon

the recall on the steering rack is supposed to have been corrected, that's why they are taking so long to deliver.. they put a hold on all deliveries for the last couple of weeks. from what i've heard, they've corrected the problem on all of the affected units and started delivering units as of last thursday.
my delivery date was supposed to be may 8/9 and i still havent seen it yet..
i did talk to my dealer and he said the polaris rep called and told him that it was on a trailer in the area and would be delivering over the next day or two.. fingers and toes are sore from being crossed

the current story is this "polaris shipped everything to irving texas to be assembled and we know nothing". i talked to other local dealers and told them this story, they're calling bulls*&! on that. they said theirs shipped on the 10th and they expect to see them in the next day or so.
they at first said they had the vin, but when i asked for it they said they dont have it..
i've located another one now and put down a deposit on it too.. whoever gets one first i go after that one and get my deposit back on the other one.. i also have a buddy who wants one, so maybe he will buy the other..
i'm planning a big dune trip for memorial day and i've been milling rzr parts like a big dog i'm really expecting to take it to the dunes..
it would sure suck not to have it by then.
it's not having the rzr thats' really eatin me up as much as not knowing what's going on and getting all kinds of different stories.

i call my dealer twice a day. and i call other dealers to check their story..
it's kind of turned into a story of the day thing..

Mine shipped on the 4th.. and by all of the dealers i've talked to, should be "WAY" here by now..
when i was a kid i would dream of a dirtbike or 3 wheeler falling off of a truck.. that whole concept sucks now ...

dude i will.. this is driving me nuts.. everytime my phone rings i get all excited..
i've already started making parts for it..
i have a bunch of photos and i used those for scale..
and i ordered the half windshield and it's been in for a couple of days now..
as of now i have a billet stereo enclosure with light switches in it for the rzr, a windshield and almost a bumper.. but no rzr to put them on hehehehe

the dealer tells me that my rzr shipped from polaris on the 4th and it should arrive today or tomorrow, has anyone recieved thiers yet?

i'm takin the rzr and i'm really anxious to see how it does in sand.
