how do you get there from northern california? is there a entrance or is it just open desert and you pull off the road somewhere?

hi name's john new to the site. new to the utv world. lookin to purchase i have my eyes on the 2010 rzr-s but i am getting mixed signals about its reliability and i know alot of rhino owners so that doesnt help lol. any help would be appreciated

That question is going to be hard to get a good answer for, its a tug of war here. They are both great machines and it depends on what you are going to do with it. Trail ride, flat open ground, hunt, fish, haul extra gear, crash through the woods, mud, rock crawl, speed, work and the list goes on.
At some point I would like to get a RZR my self, but I love my Rhino and plan on running it into the ground or untill there are no more parts left in the world to fix it. If you like them both the same then my best advice is to flip a coin. As far as the 2010 RZR haveing trouble I dont know anything about it but Im sure its nothing polaris cant fix, from what I hear and read RZR has been a good dependable machine with no more problems than the rest of the side x side world.

it would mostly be open ground(dunes), some trail riding, speed, and a little mudding occasionally. i live in california so the mud wouldnt be too often.
