i bought a new rhino 450 in feb. i may have put around 20hrs on it, max.(i know i need to ride more) anyway the rear passanger motor mount bolt just broke. i heard something rattling. the bolt broke off inside the motor flange that is threaded with about a thread hanging out. i am going to call the dealer and see if it is still under warranty tomorrow. has this happened to anyone else? if i end up fixxing it i think i am going to drill it out and put a piece of all thread back in it, that way if it breaks again i can pull it out fro either side. the best way to drill it out to me without having to pull the motor would be to remove the fuel tank and go at it from there. sorry for the long post, just wanted to know what you all thought about it.
thanks for the advice. is there a "known" cheap place to get a hard top. most places seem about the same.
anyone have any input on the soft tops?
so the half windshield will block some air, but i can still duck down behind it if cold? i am thinking of getting the little roll up back window, in the winter that would keep alot of the air from coming back in on me. i know i am high jacking the thread sorry! how about the soft tops? experiences with them?
thats an awesome video guys! does the half windshield block a lot of the wind or just give you something to duck behind when driving?
gotcha, thinking top and windshield. then soundbar, and maybe somesort of back glass
ahh, ok. i know what your talking about, i was wondering about it. any other advice for the rhino, i am thinking about a few things, just comfort ideas really. maybe the cdi box later.
thanks
so the 450 pump is in the tank? just curious about carrying a spare. just bought a brand new one last wed. any other tips for it, new to the sxs world.

cool video, i like in callaway. we use to ride there a lot, have not been over there in probably 3 years. i heard it has changed alot.
Jason from Western KY here, going to pick up my 09 rhino 450 today. Looks to be a great site!
rode there the last 3 years in a row, i love that place. it looks real cold! i think it is trail 13, it is and old railroad bed that goes along some old mines and caves. great pics!
