We have found several states that will not allow you to ride side-by-sides because they are not an ATV according to their description.  They say an ATV is a machine that you straddle the motor. 

For example:  Wisconsin, Illinois, Arizona, West Virginia

Have any of you had this problem?  Did you find a way around it?
