A question. I am wanting to put 28.5x10x14 tires all the way around on my RZR S. I have 2 rim options 14x7 with a 2.5 offset, or 14x8 with a -10.2.
What does a -10.2 mean? I want the tire to be as flat as possible, but dont want the front to rub at full steering.
What do you think?
Thanks

I am going to run the dominator from Superatv. I had a dealer tell me that a -10.2 means a negative offset, and that the front might rub. I thought it would be the opposite, the more tire and wheel outside the hub the less chance to rub. Maybe i am confused???

-10.2 is an "automotive" term. That equals the same offset as a 2+5. Your tire will be more flat with a 14X8 than a 14X7
Which wheels are you looking at?

I am looking at a Vision Wheel, "outback " model. Here is the link to their website. http://www.visionwheel.com/pdf/Vision%2 … 0Tech2.pdf The 14x7 shows a +2.5 offset and the 14x8 shows the -10.2. When I called Vision they said that basically the 14x8 had 4 in and 4 out. If thats the case, is that whats called a negative offset? And is that to wide a wheel to use on the front?
Thanks.
