rhino has 800 miles ,put elec fuel pump and iriduim plug , and new battery, still if it sets over night you have to boost the new battery for it to start, rest of the day starts soon as you turn the key,how could coil or cdi box be bad when it runs great after you get it cold started, and you have to hook up aux battery or jump box to cold start it,,, it is not fuel ,but something electrical,,, THANKS FOR ANY INFO,,, EVERYBODY SAYS CHECK FUEL BUT IT IS SOMETHING ELECTRICAL , MOTOR TURNS OVER GREAT ,BUT WILL NOT FIRE TILL YOU HOOK UP TO ANY KIND OF BATTERY BOOST THEN IT STARTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS AND STARTS GREAT REST OF DAY ,TILL IT SITS OVERNIGHT OR A FEW DAYS THEN GET OUT JUMP BOX IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE EMBARASSED OR LAUGHED AT ,,,

I would check the jetting and intake. Make sure that filter is clean. The 660 is very cold blooded and ended up messing with the pilot jet and intake to help out. I would try and go up on the pilot if your constantly choking it to start.
i've been away from the rhino jetting issues but google it and you will find tons of postings on it....fuel injection!
Are we camping yet?

If you let it sit over night does it even try to start? Will the motor turn over? Does it click when you turn the key?

THANKS FOR ALL THE INFO BUY IT IS NOT FUEL,,, IT IS SOMETHING ELECTRIC,BEEN LEARNING SOME NEW TESTS,BATTERY HAS 12.6 BEFORE TURNING KEY , BUT WILL NOT START TILL YOU HOOK TO A BOOST,AFTER IT COLD STARTSTHE REST OF THE DAY IT IS GREAT,, TILL IT SITS OVERNIGHT,OR A FEW DAYS THEN GET OUT JUMP BOX ,,,,, HOW EMBARSSING,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I installed an electric pump and found that it would pump fuel at an idle, but not off idle. I think there is something with stock wiring that changes voltage of the pump. I never figured it out - ended up going with a hi-vol mikuni vacum pump. Could fuel preasure be a problem? Maybe the battery is weak enough after sitting that it doesn't supply enough voltage to the pump - and supply fuel to get it started. Mine was just the opposite - it started fine, but would starve for fuel under load. I believe Black Rhino sells an electric pump (same one I bought from Pep boys) and have very specific instructions (wiring) to make it work on the Rhino. Just a thought - good luck.
