How about wheel spacers? Will these cause any damage over a long period? Does these help improve handling? And are they really worth the money, I think the best deal is from Hunter Works.com

I put 2" spacers on my rhino and I love them! I like the feel and stability that even the 2" provide. I dont know what size to put on a cat but I think they are great. I have duned and jumped on mine and even put them through the abuse of a trip to Moab rock crawling.

I have reversed offset on all 4 wheels and i think 12" wide tires all the way around. I put 1.75" wheel spacers on the back so my tires stick out evenly all the way around. All my tires are fluch on their with, i think it looks really clean.
Wheel spacer are going to put strees on the Spindles. After time the might bend slightly, but not enough to worry you. Trust me, my rhino has been through some sh*t. I've jumped it quite a bit and never had any problems. I've never heard of anybody else having any problems with them either.
They will also give you more stability just because it puts things out a little wider.
So I would say yes, they are worth the money....
goodluck, hope this helped you out in deciding...

Yeah, I think wheel spacers are a must. You only need them on the back though. I can notice a big improvement with handling. I didn't realize how much wider my front end was before a put these on. For only $75 and free shipping you can't beat the price.

Wheel spacers can be a great add on for stability, but I dont recomind them any wider than 2 inches and you want to get strong light weight spacers to keep the unsprung wheel weight to a minimum. Much wider than 2 inches then they will eventually will put stress on the hubs and bearings.
The good ones are made from billet aluminum and are CNC machine cut to reduce extra spacer weight.
They are good bang for the dollars spent, but of course te best solution for suspensions is a long travel kit, not only will it add stability because it's wider stance but also adds more suspension travel.
The best suspension systems are CNC machined from soild billet aluminum, running delren bushings and Uniball wheel joints, just like trophy truck technology. It costs a little more for the best...
