Re: Rims

I am with "A Cat" with needing extra rims. Does anyone know of any other quads, cars, or trucks that have the same bolt pattern as a Prowler? I have considered getting Super Swamper TSL's for mine, they make a 28x9.5x14 but I don't think they would mount to the rims due to bead contour or the rim. Also, you can get car and truck rims for much cheaper, especially if you just want plain old steel rims.

Re: Rims

I bought the Buckshot 14" wheels off ebay $225 for set, and mounted the General Tire AT $71ea on tirerack.com (similar to BFG AT)  I'm very happy with these tires, lighter than the superswamers.  Also it's like having power steering on pavement.

Re: Rims

You can get a set of adapters to adapt the 4x115 bolt pattern to a automobile pattern, but running small truck tires like BFG weigh a lot and rob power.

Try a good set of 14 inch tires made for UTV's like ITP, or many others, even green ball has a new 6 ply radial tire designed for UTV's extra weight.

Re: Rims

Just a question much is the running cost for the set of adapters to adapt the 4x115 bolt pattern i really need them badly.
