LOL - Titan usually does that with scantily clad women  :shock:  wink  Seriously the Rancho kit looks great and I will bet their price will prove it  big_smile  Lone Star has nothing but great products at a great price. I am sure you guys could make some bitchin machined aluminum arms too if you were so inclined  8)

yeah.. we have some drag racing swing arms for quads made from billet alum..

take a look:

we have found that billet a-arms don't really hold up to the abuse of a side by side when pushed hard. They take tons of time to machine, have a lot of wasted material, and usually have to be just as heavy to keep the same strength in a shock supporting arm. We have seen tons of them fail with other guys billet kits. Plus, most of them run heims, so they are pain to set up right as far as alignment, the heims start to sqeak and wear out faster.. etc etc..
