Re: RUESCH XRL AND XR THE REAL DEAL?

I just talked to Adam, one of the main mechanics at Ruesch yesterday. They have some sliding roller weights for the clutch sheive and a better clutch with different rate springs that is on my shopping list for next payday. These should give it better take-off and a little more top end.I am also looking into getting a better CDI since now after re-jetting the carb I could use a better spark to ignite it and also gain a few RPM's.

If I had to decide to buy a Rhino or Ruesch again,I would make the same decision.Yes I know parts for Yamahas are everywhere but honestly just about every thing I see is interchangeable and will fit,Except for motor parts of course. And so far no problems with the motor at all.And from what I hear they are pretty much known to be bulletproof and reliable. With the tweeking I have done to mine to get more power,I am very happy and will be even more as I go along.Everybody had the quest for more speed!!

Re: RUESCH XRL AND XR THE REAL DEAL?

Thanks for the update.

The video was saying that some of their engines are made in Germany.
I wonder what the make of the 150 horsepower Turbocharged power plant is.
Could it be a Webber engine?
Whatever it is, it is WICKED!!!

Re: RUESCH XRL AND XR THE REAL DEAL?

I am almost positive it is a Weber motor.I don't know the price of them though, but I sure wouldn't mind putting one in mine.

Re: RUESCH XRL AND XR THE REAL DEAL?

It is the Weber. You can get non-turbo (I think about 100hp) and the turbo is about 150hp. Their other machines use the Cfmoto.

What is the going rate for a kidney for these days??? big_smile

I got bored so I found that price for you. lol
.
How much is a human body worth? When broken down into fluids, tissues and germ fighting our bodies are worth more than $45 million.

This price tag on the human body is based on a survey published in Wired magazine. It found that vital organs are no longer the most valuable body parts. Rather, bone marrow heads the list…priced at $23 million, based on 1,000 grams at $23,000 per gram.
DNA can fetch $9.7 million, while extracting antibodies can bring $7.3 million. A lung is worth $116,400, a kidney $91,400 and a heart $57,000.

Women's eggs are costlier than men's sperm. The survey found that a fertile woman could sell 32 egg cells over eight years for $224,000; however, for a man to earn the same amount, he would have to make 12 sperm donations a month for 20 years.

The prices are based on cost estimates taken from hospitals and insurance companies, and are based on projected prices only in the United States. Of course, the prices also assume that all these substances can be extracted from living tissue for sale.

Although this break down is illegal, unethical and also impossible, you should not feel like a million dollars any more. You can feel like $45 million, instead!

But according to this website: http://www.coolquiz.com/trivia/explain/docs/worth.asp
We are only worth $4.50!
lol

lol I was eyeing that $224k too. And then I thought I could skip all the fun and just fetch the $9.6m for my DNA  big_smile  Question, is it painful to extract bone marrow?  :?  Also, not to knit pick tour research, but you did not list the going rate for a left nut  wink

Re: RUESCH XRL AND XR THE REAL DEAL?

Unfortunately it seems that it cost more to have the testical removed than the testical it self is worth.
(The surgical part only, costs anywhere from $1200 to $2200 in the US. There appear to be lower-cost options in special cases.) and the only thing I could find on a testical price was they were basically worthless after being remove, I dunno. sad

As for bone marrow, you asked.  lol

While the patient is under anesthesia, a needle is inserted into the cavity of the rear hip bone or "iliac crest" where a large quantity of bone marrow is located. The bone marrow a thick, red liquid - is extracted with a needle and syringe. Several skin punctures on each hip and multiple bone punctures are usually required to extract the requisite amount of bone marrow. There are no surgical incisions or stitches involved - only skin punctures where the needle was inserted.
The amount of bone marrow harvested depends on the size of the patient and the concentration of bone marrow cells in the donor's blood. Usually one to two quarts of marrow and blood are harvested. While this may sound like a lot, it really only represents about 2% of a person's bone marrow, which the body replaces in four weeks.
When the anesthesia wears off, the donor may feel some discomfort at the harvest site. The pain will be similar to that associated with a hard fall on the ice and can usually be controlled with Tylenol. Donors who are not also the BMT patient are usually discharged after an overnight stay and can fully resume normal activities in a few days. (They left out the part about the risk of infection and possible death that some other site talked about)

Even at bone marrows price I still think I would go with a dirty magazine and a quiet room.  tongue
