I have seen a few post where people were talking about snowplows but noone seemed to know that there was a power angle on the market, so for thoes who care here it is. I have had it for over 6 months and it seems to be as good as any other plow you can buy. It has a simple stich to raise, lower and angle, the only thing i noticed is depending on the side you have the angle piston it will not angle fully to that side. I have mine on the drivers side so it will angle all the way to the passengers side. It has 400lbs of down pressure, something i have not seen on another plow, comes in handy for back draging or hard packed snow. it also has locking pins to keep the blade from tripping so you can push loose gravel. Mounts in the front 2inch hitch and has three wire connections. In the pictures it looks like alot of stuff but it only looks that way. I hope this works. Its made by Blackline.

I forgot to say the dents in the middle were my fault. the bolts that hold the plow to the lift frame have to be put in upside down or they hit when the blade trips. like an idiot i didnt read the manual, now i have dents.

It cost around $2500 or so but it is the power angle kit that cost alot, you can buy just the plow. Im in a wheelchair so it was worth it to have the power angel. The cab is a Curtis Cab its a great system for anyone who wants a complete closed in cab, after the first instal everything can be removed with out tools, the front windshield opens to vent or opens fully and comes with a wiper kit and the windows come off the doors so you can still run half doors. Ill post up some pictures of the cab as well. Curtiscab.com The cab was around $2800 if i remember right, but well worth it.

Very nice!
I like the fact of having the down pressure and the side to side tilt without having to get out.
I go through about 2 cables a year with the winch but I take care of the neighborhood it seems like. I run with the tusk dozer and if you have a winch set up your into one about 500.00, It gives you about 18" of travel.
Are we camping yet?

Few more photos of the cab and the latches that hold it all closed. You can buy it part by part i think but you have to buy the instal kit for any one part and once you put the instal kit on you can not use the stock roof. It is a simple instal, with very few tools needed. Once instaled the windshield, rear window and roof come off with out needing tools and the doors are on Jeep styl hinges and can be used as half doors by removing the windows. As far as i know this cab is only made for Rhinos, it is all hard plastic and plexy glass but a small strip of vinal between the body and cab. The bed is still free to tilt. I have found that even on a cold day there is enuf heat coming up from behind the seats to take the chill out of the cab. - Curtiscab.com-

I know this is a late post, but wondering how Titan is liking the Blackline plow? I'm looking closely at getting one. Thanks!

Works great, this was the second winter I used it with no trouble.
Are you plowing a paved or dirt driveway? and are you putting it on Rhino?
I got a few tips that may help you out.

Titan, I'm going to be putting it on a 2010 Polaris Ranger XP 800. A few questions...Where did you get yours? Did you install yourself, and if so, was it fairly easy? How is the handling, easy to steer with it on? I'm looking to be able to push a little gravel and dirt with it too. Is yours the full hydraulic? I'm looking to get the 72" H4F version. I was between the Blackline and the Boss system made for Polaris, but the Blackline seems to have more of a year round use, having the down pressure feature. Thanks a bunch for any info!

I got mine from my cousin and she ordered it direct from Black Line. I did install it my self, it is very simple, it comes in two large boxes, and all you have to do is hook the plow to the lift frame. 3 bolts if I remember right. I had to grind just a tiny bit off the corners of the hitch insert to make it fit my hitch. It doesnt bother my Rhinos steering at all, unless Im on bare pavement and turning sharp.
I wouldnt push dirt with them even thoe they say you can and they show it in the video, I think it is just way to hard on the plow and the Rhino, UTVs were not made to push dirt regardless of what brand you own.
I have the hydraulic angle kit and im so glad I spent the extra money.
A few things I have noticed, with the down pressure, it cuts into the ground alot so use the skid shoes and be aware of any humps in the ground.
The hitch that came in my Rhino was a light duty two piece bolt together and I have broken a few bolts and bent the hitch. It only bent because I hold the plow 8-10 inches off the ground to push banks back. (I hit banks pritty hard)
If you look in the 4th picture you can see where I put a strap from the bottom of the frame (between the A arms) up over the top of my bumper and around the post that holds the lift unit. That cured the bolt problem and stoped it from bending the the hitch. Black Line said they were aware of it bending OEM hitches in Rhinos and I told them about how I used the strap and they said that they thought that they would past that info on to others as a suggestion.
I dont know how the Polaris hitches are made so it may not apply to you.
But trust me when I say that I use this plow and show it NO MERCY  and it has served me well.

Thanks for the good info....I don't plan to push much dirt with it and it would be loose dirt anyway. I do plan to grade some loose gravel in my driveway too. But, it will mostly only be used for snow. I have about a 300' gravel drive to plow. The plow system I'm looking at has a float option too. I think I have to purchase a mounting plate for the Ranger that is the 2" front receiver hitch. You definitely helped me make up my mind. Is the hydraulic angling or up/down very fast and what is max height of lifting the plow off ground. THANKS!
Offline
Angling is fast but the lift on mine is a electric actuator that doesnt use hydraulics, it is a little slow but not bad.
On my Rhino with the front springs turned up two notches Im guessing it lifts 16-18 inches and nothing hangs below the belly pan of the machine.
Black Line may have changed things since I got mine two years ago.
