Has anyone besides me worn out there shifter tothe point linkage adjustment doesn't do the trick?
I tore my shifter apart after finding much free play causing it not wanting to engage in low or reverse easily and not always finding neutral. Inside the shifter is a molded plastic casing with a square hole for the linkage rod going through. After much hard shifting (ride in ephraim canyon and a few others) the square hole was somewhat rounded. I simply cleaned it and used some high grade epoxy and injected it, problem was solved and works as good as new. The part retails at over 200 so it was a little savings.

I sold the rhino a few weeks ago and never took pics of the repair.
If you take the shifter out and remove the keeper nuts that are pressed on (you may have to replace) it is where that pin goes through the plastic shifter component. Fill the void around the square part within the plastic with a epoxy or "no Sag" product. Reassemble before it dries. It needs to dry hard so silicone and other soft adhesives will not work.
