Re: Wheel size

Changing wheels. Is there any recommendations on 12" vs 14" with 26" tires?

Re: Wheel size

I am running 12" wheels and 26" Bighorns (are closer to a 27" or so I am told). I wanted more sidewall than the 14" offers. I am completely happy with flex and traction, but they do tend to slide sideways, which can be fun at times.

Re: Wheel size

I am running 27" on 12 " wheels I have not had any problems at all. I agree with badley on the sidewall thing I wanted more sidebite so I went with 12's.....I would advise you to go with a radial tire though....    1186049493597066.jpg

Re: Wheel size

Well I got a deal on ITP w/ Terracross package in a 14 x 26. It was slightly more but for the deal why not. The 12's would have saved 80. I have the company info if anyone is shopping. They beat Rockymountain atv by 300.1186114820157768.jpg
