where are the Prowler 650 storage compartments?  I found the one up in the hood but the gy I got it from says the manuals are in a water tight and air tight comptment in the rear under the bed but I cnnot find it.  Any suggestions?

I believe there is a clip lock at the rear seat then you can lift the seat.
