Dutch Oven Dinner (prepared by Roger B. from the TV show At Your Leisure)
$25.00 Per Plate.
July 10th, 6:00 PM.
EastRidge Park
12000 South 1000 East in Sandy

Funds raised at this dinner will be used for our Rally/Parade on August 28th, 2010.

There will be a Raffle with some great prizes. Each dinner plate purchased includes 1 Raffle Ticket.

Tickets can be purchased on our website. Also donations can be made on our website as well.

We had an ok turn out mostly due to not getting the word out sooner. I think we raised about $600.

This last Thursday's meeting we finalized out budget which came in just under $40,000.00. Yea, it takes some serious dough to put on this event.

The Rally & Parade is August 28th.

Please Help if you can, we need Volunteers and Donations...Thanks

This is the instructions set to me from the rally coordinator, Chad Booth

"Come to the park. Unload. Go to the parking lot. They will shuttle you back to the park. Then ride the parade. Attend the rally, then take the shuttle back to your car to come to the capital and pick it up. "

We start staging rigs at 6am at Liberty Park. The Parade leaves at 10am. The Rally starts at noonish. We will have parking outside of Liberty Park with vans and buses to shuttle people back and forth. The vans and buses with also shuttle people to the Capital if they are not part of the Parade.

Last year we had around 3 or 4 thousand peope. Hopefully we can double that this year.

Please bring your family and friends. The more people that show up, especially for the Rally, the bigger the impact. We will have TV and Radio coverage as well.
