The Commander Experience is part of the CAN-AM, THE RIDE SAYS IT ALL experiential marketing effort from BRP. This mini demo tour is focused on giving the off road enthusiasts in the South West the opportunity to test drive the new Can-Am Commander, the most powerful and technologically advanced side-x-side vehicle on the market. Nothing can excite you about this new product better than putting yourself directly behind the wheel and allowing yourself to experience the capabilities first hand.
The Can-Am Commander Experience is making stops in Arizona and Texas this fall, visiting popular Off Road/Highway Parks and venues, and working directly with the BRP dealer network to offer their customer base this special opportunity. The Commander Experience team consists of off-road enthusiasts and Commander product experts who will give each participant the VIC (Very Important Customer) treatment with an in-depth, interactive product test ride. Our team will engage enthusiasts and offer an in-depth look into the new benchmark in side-x-side vehicle performance.
Our team engages demo participants with a personal touch and knowledge, providing an in-depth experience with a solid understanding of the design, engineering, and development of this product and why you should look at CAN-AM when looking for their next off-road vehicle.
The Commander Experience Package:
The package includes a team of product experts and off-road enthusiasts piloting a full-size 4X4 truck and Can-Am branded 28’ enclosed trailer. Inside the trailer will be two Commander 1000 X models (one decked in accessories and one base) and a Outlander 800R XT-P. The package also includes everything needed to produce a top-notch demo experience.
The Commander Experience Demo Format:
The tour is focusing on Thursday-Sunday events with the capability to offer 20-35 quality rides per day. Each participant will be treated as a VIC and experience the Commander in a very personal manner. VICs will have a full hour to absorb why the Commander is the superior high-performance side-x-side vehicle on the market. A schedule with 30-minute time blocks will be utilized where consumers will be asked to choose a time for their demo appointment. Our goal is to fill these blocks prior to the event, but walk-ups will certainly be encouraged to fill any and all open demo time blocks. Enthusiasts will arrive at the Commander Experience event site and be greeted by the base manager where they will fill out the appropriate paperwork (waivers, releases, etc.) then dress in the proper riding gear followed by a description of the demo experience, expectations, and format.
The VIC will then join the ride leader and be given a product walk-around focusing on key operational features and driving technologies. The ride leader will take the VICs and their passengers on a guided ride on a pre-scouted and designed route to showcase particular capabilities and competitive advantages. At the mid way point participants will switch products if desired and continue the experience. Upon returning to the base, VICs will rejoin the base manager for a post ride Q&A, fulfillment of info, and dealer interaction/information.
