I'm sure a lot of you have heared about my wreck over Labor Day weekend... Here is some info for those that have not.
We had just got to Little Sahara sand dunes and about 20 minutes into the ride Ruth and I went off of a dune a little to fast. I ride out to the dunes a lot and I know that the dunes can change overnight. It was hard to see and I was just caught up in the moment with how well the rzr was busting it through the dunes. All of a sudden we had no ground below us and ended up landing on the nose, flipping end over end- back on the nose- not once but twice and rolling over the entire machine for the 3rd roll. I have tiped and rolled my rzr many times and this was by far the most violent roll I have ever been involved in.
I did not have my pov recording which does not make me to happy.
Anyway we took some pictures and I put a video together. The pictures do not show how bad it really was.
The frame is bent in atleast 6 different places. The radiator is crushed. The front diff is pulled apart. The steering wheel colapsed. The cage is bent. The bed is broke on both sides. The tail lights are toast. The tie rod on the pass side snaped off. Both ball joints broke out of the socket on the upper and lower a-arm. Axle is bent. The bottom a-arm is bent and broke through the tabs that mount it onto the frame. Brake lines bulled apart. All of the plastics are jacked. The list goes on...

Hey man, glad to see that the both of you came through it OK!
Machines can be fixed.
My wife took a header on Labor Day....refused a helicopter ride - broken collar bone to remember the occasion.
Happened on a borrowed dirtbike no less!
I just pulled the head off of hers to rebuild it for when she's ready to ride again. 8)

He will be driving a new machine... or at least a different one. Damage is a lot worse than photos show - cross members in the middle of the machine are bowed. That must have been a bone jarring ride  Glad you and Ruth made it out OK. Jana always harps on me to put the shoulder harnesses on - even on an easy trail. Good advice from a "great" woman I am dispointed your POV was not rolling

New radiator:
FLUIDYNE Powersports' new Polaris RZR radiator was developed to enhance low-air-flow driving conditions and provide consistent cooling in high-speed situations. Boasting increased width and a 38mm deep, 32-tube core, this beefy unit has 53 percent more fluid capacity (1360cc vs. 887cc) to significantly lower coolant temperatures. These upgraded specs are bolstered by FLUIDYNE's unique, positive-sealing, internal splitter-plate design which ensures that every ounce of fluid circulates through the core.
FLUIDYNE's new RZR radiator is also stronger and more durable than its OEM counterpart. Constructed from aircraft-quality aluminum, structural improvements include thicker materials throughout and beaded hose connections for leak-proof sealing. These components are held together with beefy TIG welds to withstand extreme conditions and produce a crash survival rate far exceeding the OEM unit. The kit also includes two aluminum spacers that shim the heat-sensitive black box out of harm's way.
Not only does FLUIDYNE Powersports' new RZR radiator out-cool and outlast the stock unit, it comes with a one-year warranty and installs easily, utilizing the factory mounts, hardware and fan assembly.
These pix should help do the talking. This is going to be a great replacement!
