I recently discovered a change in unit bearing (the bearing the "fragile" drive hubs slide into) sizes as concerns the 2010 RZR-S.
I learned the following from my local dealer:
1. From the beginning of the 2010 model year to December 31, 2009 Polaris used one size bearing.
2. From January 1, 2010 to March 29, 2010 they used a bearing with a larger inner diameter than the previous part. I measured the difference to be roughly 0.159".
3. From March 30, 2010 to the end of the model year they used still a third bearing for which I have no information.
Due to making preparations for a trip to CA I have not had time to research the issue further. I can't comment on the standard RZR or possible changes to the rear unit bearings on either the RZR-S or RZR.
If you need to order parts as concerns the drive hubs on the front of a 2010 take the time to find the build date on your machine's ID tag. The ID tag is located on the frame rail in the passenger side front fender well.
I hope this saves you some grief when making repairs.

If you're gonna be dumb, you gotta be tough...or at least a very good mechanic.
