Re: Heel pad?

Hey guys and gals, I'm new to the sidexside thing and have a quick question.  I am needing something for my wife when it comes to driving our new 500efi 4x4.  Her heel will not reach the floor when she is driving and so you can imagine what the "ute" sounds like when going over rough terrain.  Is there some kind of pad or block that goes on the floor out there that can be bought to help?  If not, has anyone out there fabricated something that works?  I look forward to hearing from and visiting with everyone.

Re: Heel pad?

My brother-in-law used one of these with a couple of bolts throught the floorboard. I forget the technical term for them but they are pretty cheap. HAHA

Some friends told me something similar.  I might try to fab something out of metal
so it will last longer.

Re: Heel pad?

Here's a more sophisticated one, if you're into that sort of thing.

Re: Heel pad?

take the block of wood, shape it how you want, use liquid nails around the edges, remove the pannel and haveit line-x'd.  it looks clean, its cheap and works great.
