I just got my Polaris Ranger Street Legal in Utah. When he did the registration he registered it as a light truck and gave me a full size license plate. It cost me $177 for the registration and plates. This was the first one he had done and wasn't quite sure how to do it. I have seen others and they had a smaller motorcycle license plate. Does my experience sound right? Should it be classified as a light truck? Do the fees sound right?

Boyd, I think they registered it wrong. My RZR's both were registered as type-ATVSL / body type- All terrain. Same plate as a motorcycle. This year I paid $61 for the 09 RZR S and $168 for the 11' RZR 4. Price might be right if it is an 2011. Fee might be based on value, I don't remember?

I went today and got it worked out. It was pretty smooth at the DMV, but you have to "apply for a refund" for the registration they cancelled. So i need to fax in the paperwork and they will send my my refund. It was $116 for the registration today.

How does a jury select their foreman? I've been summoned to jury duty next month, and from participating in mock trials I'm pretty comfortable with courtroom procedures, I just don't recall being told who decides who the foreman of the jury is. Do the jurors vote or does the judge appoint one? Is it something a juror should volunteer for or is it one of those things people try and wiggle out of?

I don't know, We were hit hard with spam this morning and I found this post. I think I read it 10 times and looked real hard to find the spam link in it. They have been getting sneaky latley copying other peoples post and converting a word in it to attach a spam link.

I decided to leave it since it was not spam and did not violate any forum rules ....

To answer your question. The jury selects the foreman and I always try to get out of it
