I'm retiring soon to Lake Havasu, Az where I can street legal a utv for street use, but I also want to use it in the desert  Obviously it will need bigger tires and rims and something that will hold up on the street as well as the sand. My concern is speed. I'd like to be able to do 35 or 40 on the main streets. I don't care whether it's a 2 seat or 4. Any suggestions as to the best utv. I'd like a RZR but not sure about it in the street. Thanks

The newer Rangers and RZRs will do fine at those speeds but you will need to install some kind of DOT approved tire that is all terrain along with the proper kit to register it on the street. Jarred at ruthless can tell you what you may need......
