Re: UTV Shops. When, where, and what

Hello Everyone,

I will introduce myself I am Brady, I grew up riding four wheelers and three wheelers all of my life. I graduated to Rock crawling in Jeeps and have now sold it to pay for school and I am now looking at getting into  a Side x Side. I will be down in Moab over the rally on the rock to see which vehicle I want to purchase so I hope to see you there. My primary use will be Rock Crawling with bit of mountain riding. I know I am going to need tires, bead locks, shade, and those types of items. but where can I get them?  I am not too worried about them being local (we have your typical UTV dealers) but when I says rock crawling they always ask why don't you just hit the dunes???( I live 3 miles from them, and have about died enough times to know it is better to stay away)

Any ideas on where and what to get... I knew my weak links in my Jeep (everything... replaced it all) but I don't know much about what I am going to be breaking on a UTV..  Also let me know what you like or don't like about them.

If I can't find a good one I will have to scrounge the parts together myself I guess.

Check out the video in this thread

We will all be at the rally. All of us have different setups, but all mainly for crawling. Jared can definately set you up with parts for crawling - he did mine. I am partial to the RZR S and RZR 4 (no trailing arms to drag up ledges), but the XP 900 and Wild Cat are impressive - and you will be able to test drive a cat at the rally. There are a lot of vendors and attendee's that would be happy to give you their opinions and advice (especially 66cummins  lol you coming to the Rally Kyle???)
