I just finished changing oil, and front and rear gear/tranny fluids. May the designer of this vehicle spent all eternity roasting in hell and having to change Ranger fluids with a rusty screwdriver. Now I feel better.
Is there a special tool for removing/installing the drain and fill plug? The space available is diabolical.

Hey Dude,
I just finished changing the engine oil on mine( 2 qts Amsoil) and (1 wix filter) in a few minutes am doing the front gear case. I've looked it over seems easy enough. I got the front bumper off for access to the fill plug. 15 mins later and now am done with front end fluid change.
I had to run down to local hardware store to get new rubber O ring for drain plug (no big deal).
Draining the rear oil..No big deal...But a hell of and oil mess to clean up. refill was pain in the butt.
