has anyone made up there own rhino bed? i'm thinking about making my own up out or roll cage tubing and some diamond plate. the factory bed does nothing but rattle and i really don't use it for anything but to pack around the coolers.

I have seen a few pictures of custom beds on Rhinos and I did like them. If you end up making one on your own keep us all updated on the progress!

sure will. i had it off the other day to work on the exhaust and almost just went ahead and left it off. i'd like to start on it real soon though. i think it would be cool to use the tail light assemblies from some nice car and have the reverse lights working on them instead of a big back up light.

i have a friend who sort of made a custom bed. he did a two seater roll cage and took the stock bed off. inside of the tubing he ended up fabbing his own smaller bed inside the bed cage. It turned out pretty nice. Looks like it came with the rhino stock...
2007 Yamaha rhino; PRP seats, uni filter without box, CDI, terracross tires, ITP wheels, maier plastics, custom race roll cage, AC exhaust, Walker Evens shocks, HID headlights, Custom bumpers, Crow 4-point harnesess, etc.
