o.k. So i put my headlights on a separate switch. Now they work perfect. I just dont think the stock turn switch with the tail lights and headlights just cant handle the start up amparage of the both sets of lights.

If anybody is having this problem, put your headlights on a seperate switch.

Maybe they need to be routed through a relay...

You can get them alot of places. I dont actually remember where I got mine, but I know there is a couple of companies and I know The company that makes eagle HID lights makes some.

I have these HIDs in my RZR and I love 'em!!
looks like he has a Rhino kit too, I highly recommend 'em!!
