Traded off the sand car to try out the Rhino craz...I'm already not impressed with lack of power. Dynatech CDI, HMF exhaust, K & N aircleaner, clutch work, rear sub frame has been cut off and tubing put in place, no bed, just the sides mounted. "race rhino" ?? ESE longtravel w/RadFlo coilovers dual rate springs, Rokstar beadlocks. Looks way cool but I need power speed.. I understand the carb has not been jetted. Will this make a noticable difference? I see other going up comp hill at Buttercup valley in Imerial Sand Dunes. Mine will only go about 3/4 of the way...

Well there could be several things fighting against you... Without driving it and seeing it, it is hard to say but here are a few things to note.
Jetting: With the installation of your exhaust and air filter, etc your jetting is def way off. Jetting is very important in the power department.
Weight: Longtravel, beadlocks, etc do add quite a bit of weight. Look at other options to help shed those unwanted or needed pounds. Weight makes a huge difference on the sand and up hills. Alot of sidexside owners will have several sets of wheels and tires to swap out when riding different areas. Your beadlocks are great for rock climing, mountains etc but are way to heavy for the sand.
Tire pressure: This is a VERY important thing to pay attention to. While on the sand drop your tire pressure and you will notice that the lower you drop it the better you will climb up the hills. We run between 3 and 4 psi while at the dunes.
Good luck!

I didn't relize that the beadlocks weight is enough to be substantial to drop performance. But it came with them so that is why they are on there. I run 4 psi in the tires at the dunes. Flat out on hard packed or gravel road it will get up to 57. Across the flats at the dunes it will only get to 40. I have jetted the carb now and will do some test runs this weekend at the dunes.. I hope it runs better... I'm just used to having 260 hp+ at the wheel......I will admit it is fun driving though...I'm very impressed how well it does in the desert.
