Re: Before and After Photos

Bought some new parts, thought I would post these and see what you all think. Need some lights (you were right Kryp - easy to out run stock lights). Hope to find something 4" or less to mount inside the front bumper (suggestions?). Went with Rock Star rims and Bighorns - 26x10x12 front and 26x12x12 rear (so far I am impressed- been on hard pack, rock, mud and snow - sand soon). Windsheild is from Moose - interesting vents. May take it off in the summer if it traps dust. RAIS Power Tube on the way - will ad filter, exhaust, CDi and rejet.

Re: Before and After Photos

Thanks Max. I am considering the Trail Tech mr16's  - what configuration are you running? I was thinking 1 spot and 1 flood.

I talked to Baja Designs about the Sol-Tek Fuegos -they are sweet and would look good on my ride! I can get a pair of 4" with 55watt bulbs and wiring for Rhino for $234. They do not have a clamp mount for Rhino (1.75" round) but have one on the  drawing board now - might be available within a few weeks. I was hoping to tuck them in behind the front bumper (just in front of the radiator) - space is 4.5" light is 5" overall so I don't think it will work unless I customize a mount.

Anyone know of a universal clamp mount for 1.75" tubing?

Re: Before and After Photos

post a pic of your ride, sounds like a money pit like the rest of us. I have only been on one trip with the group rhinoing but they know how to have fun. Keep in touch with the posts, and meet us for a ride sometime.
It would be my first trip to Moab since I was way young...can't even remember it. I am avoiding the crowd and would be interested in a smaller group ride.

Re: Before and After Photos

Welcome g sport! Wife and I actually like the mountains and Moab (only been twice - once with my rhino) better than the sand (but sand is still fun). Started my life in Bear Lake Valley(Paris - to 7 years old). Was goin to ad a cage for my Grandkids, but...

When you going to Moab? I was thinking of going to the UTV Rally, but I agree with Ryan (Fasttrax) a smaller group ride would be more fun.

If you want to check out videos of our trip last fall:

Re: Before and After Photos

Welcome g sport!

The Rally is a must do guys! You dont always have to go with a large group. You can even go off on your own as much as you like as well. It is cool to see all of the different rig setups and stuff too that will be there and Yamaha will be there to fix you up if you break anything! lol

Im game for another trip down there before the rally if you guys want to just let me know and I am in!

Oh and show us some pix g sport  big_smile

Re: Before and After Photos

That's what I need...to spot out the terrain and campgrounds so I would know if my wife would enjoy it. I would be game for an earlier weekend too if we can plan about two weeks out.

Re: Before and After Photos

NICE RHINO BADLEY. DOES THE WINDSHIELD TRAP DUST INSIDE? I AM LOOKING FOR A WINDSHEILD THAT DOESN'T CHOKE ME WITH DUST (ASTHMA) WE DO  A LOT OF DUSTY TRAIL RIDING.  I PREFER SAND BUT LATELY IT HAS BEEN DIRT & ROCKS.
