Well I picked up my new trailer today. 2008 24' Haulmark, Race Trailer. I am excited! I have some big plans in mind for this one. The rhino will fit great along with four quads and room to spare. I gotta get busy putting a checkerboard floor and a ton of tie down locations in it for starters. I plan on putting a work bench with overhead cabinets up front. Any suggestions or ideas in that department anyone?
Here is a poor pic that I took with my phone right after I got it. More pix to follow.

I would try and get either metal cabinets or have them made out of 3/4" baltic birch ply. I believe that ply is 15 ply thick, very stong for the jolting it will be going through. It will be half the weight of of particle board and three or four stronger than regular ply. You could put laminate in your colors on them too. let me know if you need help in that department.

Do I get to claim a parking spot in that trailer for Moab? HAHA! It's getting harder and harder trying to keep up with the freinds on the new purchases. If it wasnt for all of you... I would be sitting pretty right now with a $0 amount credit card and a stock rhino! DANG!

I don't think 3 Rhino's will fit
I have been looking at covered trailers - that is the only way I am going to UTV Ralley. Your trailer looks short Jared - what is the door height? I do not want to get a tall trailer but I am not sure the Rhino will fit in the standard door. Give me more info on the "checkerboard floor" also! I was thinking of painting epoxy on the floor and up the walls for easy cleanup and saving the floor - is this a good idea? Would the plastic cabinets be better on weight and durability?

Plastic would be a good idea too if they have them. It has been years since i have looked at a enclosed trailers options. As far as the UTV rally I think i am going to scope it out on another run to avoid the large crowd and also not knowing how Moab is set up for RV's. I think you need a pole in there like KBR has.

Thanks guys. 8) As for 3 rhinos fitting.... hmmm.... I will check into it.
Brad the door height of this trailer at the lowest point is 76" allowing plenty of height without even letting air out of the rhino tires. For much bigger tires or a taller rhino you can even remove the spring guard and that will give you quite a bit more too. The trailer is dovetailed in the rear giving it more as well. As for the checkerboard floor... I will never have another trailer without a good flooring in it. This flooring that I will be using is super easy to clean up gas and oil spills, etc. I hate getting in a wood floored trailer to smell all of the old gas and oil soaked into the floor. It has a slight texture to it so it is not slick. It also looks killer.

I am very interested in seeing what you put on the floor. I have a 24' enclosed interstate trailer that I need to do something to the floor. I am also looking at putting some shelving in.

I picked up the flooring yesterday and I will take some before and after pix of it while I am installing it this weekend. My goal for this weekend is to have the floor all done including the 12 additional recessed anchorpoints in the floor. Sound fun?

Looking fwd. to seeing your install photos.
I found this flooring for my enclosed trailer while sitting on my last Northwest Airlines flight. (many other web stores sell this as well)

I plan to purchase and install in the next week or two. I have a 7.5' wide trailer and plan to purchase the 8' wide roll to run 3" up each side.
The nice part about this product is that it will be a on-piece install. Nice for spraying/sweeping.
Has anybody else heard good or bad about this stuff?
