Man, this place is like a graveyard, wait, there's more action in a grave yard.

Re: backfire????

Hmmmm, have you checked to see that you exhaust is tight with no leaks? A leak at the head can cause back fire. Also check your spark plugs, or just replace them.

Re: backfire????

I would have been riding if Polaris would get off their ass and get my RZR built. Been waiting 2 months now. They don't even have the professional courtesy to answere my emails. Maybe I shouldn't have paid the whole bill at once.

Re: backfire????

I agree -maybe an exhaust leak. If not check your jetting - if it is backfiring you are running lean.

Sorry you are waiting on a ride ArZeeAr... almost plunked my $ down last Spring, but decided on the Rhino. No regrets, but I wouldn't mind a RZR for the dunes  :?

Re: backfire????

Mine is pretty stock and I have not had any back fire issues. I guess I was fortunate, I only had to wait for about 3 weeks to get my RZR. Of course I think the dealer has a lot to do with it.
