Re: Qeustion about Rhinos

I was at a dealer looking at the 700 EFI, I liked it, but another dealer said it would not work for jobs around the yard including moving snow, dirt and multch.  All loose, dumped from bed.

Re: Qeustion about Rhinos

I am not sure why he would say that??? It would do a great job for you in those areas.  big_smile  What were his reasons?

Re: Qeustion about Rhinos

YEA RIGHT! I will put my rhino up to any other when it comes to Snowplowing. I am the king of the neighborhood with mine. Krypto can prove it can haul for farming too. I am sure there are SxS's that you can get but they are mainly dedicated to the utility field for golf courses and public works.

Re: Qeustion about Rhinos

What was the dealer trying to sell you AAFD? The Rhino doesn't have the biggest bed or the best payload, but I will bet you will have more fun working  big_smile Pulled a 6" stump with mine and hauled some things around my little yard, I am impressed with its utility! I am even more impressed with its climbing ability

A Ranger XP 700 EFI, he did not sell Rhino.  I was a little turned off but he had a good price.

Re: Qeustion about Rhinos

The ranger would haul and do plenty as long as you don't try to fit it on the narrower trails. Most atv trails you can fit a rhino, terex or razor on. you won't get a ranger on to many. It comes down to how you plan on using it. For fun you will be limited but for work unlimited, becomes a personal preference. Personally it would be my last choice with a razor being the best for leisure. "2 cents"

Re: Qeustion about Rhinos

I agree. But if it is just for work you might want to consider some of the other "work horses" like the John Deere, Kubota or others.

Great point, lots of work at first but then more fun.  Trail riding and dune riding.  Lots of the work will be plowing and towing a grader from DR.  I would think both would be just fine for this.

One good point is Ranger has a great financing deal right now:)

Re: Qeustion about Rhinos

It really comes down to how your going to use it. I personally would go for something more narrow than a ranger if I was going to use it at all for play. A narrow vehicle will help get you through some of the ruts from 4x4s to where a ranger might be more prone to high centering... thinkin' it through! wink

Does the Rhino tear up the yard when turning? Not in 4 wheel drive!
