it is a liner, i made it myself.  I thought of doing a side project and start to sell them so if you know of anyone interested let me know. 
You defiantly wont see it anywhere else.

ya right when i got my rzr i said right when the paint starts to look bad and fad im doing rhino linning or some kinda truck liner stuff o by the way LOOOKS good
