Has anyone had a problem with the transmission jumping out of gear while hauling a**? My last trip to Ocotillo Wells, running down the wash, I kept having to pull over and mess with the tranny to get it to pop back in gear and hold it while I drove. Anyone experience this? Any fixes? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

i have a 08 xtx and the shifter broke loose from the shaft and it would not shift , it started the same way on mine. i had to take it apart and have it welded.

Thanks for the reply. I'll tear into it and see if I can fix it before it breaks. If you have any pix of where you welded it please post. BTW, Since the fix, any problems coming out of gear?
