Re: help tires

I would just plug it unless you are into hard core racing. A cheep fix that works well.

You can do it yourself real easy! Less than $10 you can buy a plug kit at any auto parts store, wal-mart, etc. The instuctions are on the package: clean the hole with one tool and insert a plug with the other 5 minutes time.

Re: help tires

Buying a kit is the best 10 bucks you can spend for your sidexside..... You can plug a trailer tire, etc, etc, etc, if needed. I have a kit in all of my trailers for work and for play.  big_smile

Re: help tires

I actually jammed 6 plugs into one hole that was punched by a rail road spike. It was a quick fix to get it home but it actually worked fine and I drove it for a couple of weeks until I got a new tire. Don't leave home without a cheap plug kit.

Re: help tires

Tire slime works like a champ...push a bottle in before a long ride and if you get a hole, you will see a lime green spot on the tire...you will never even know you had a hole.. smile
