ok i need a winch for my polaris rzr and dont no what to get im looking to spen about 190.00 and it needs to be waterproof and all that good stufff so if yall could post some links or something were i can find one to fit my rzr and the right amount of strength that would be great

I have had both the venom 3000 and now a venom 4500 lb. winch. Retrieved alot with the 3000 but lacked holding a large plow up with 50 feet of cable using the first three feet. I went to the larger one and never had a problem and their customer service is excellent. I would recommend them for the price, two for the price of one if needed. I did use a different monetary switch in my dash and also have the remote.  Venom.com
