I live in a master planned community here in North Texas that has parks and pools on site and would like to be able to drive my rhino to them. Everything is here on site and I won't be driving onto any main streets.
Is there anything I can do to my rhino so that I don't catch any heat from the officials?

Here is one with plates, a mule. I have the email he sent me about how to get it completely street legal if ya want shoot me a PM with your email. What part of North Texas? I am in Fort Worth.
