Well other than the exterior stuff you can see in the pics, I have an overhead CD/MP3 player & Sirius. I have already installed a Warn 4000 lb winch and a Dynatek CDI.
I just ordered a JE 10.75 : 1 piston, Mudbuster Cam, Grizzly Sheave, RAIS intake, and a 2" exhaust outlet. Still need to pick up some jets for the carb, but once all parts arrive, I'll tear into it. I really hope it wakes up the bottom end, as I have already found that in thick mud, the 27" XTRs won't even spin.

Nice ride Repo! Let me know how the carb tuning goes. I installed the RAIS, K&N, Moutain Extreme CDI, and re-jetted (Dynojet). Plan to go with a bigger exhaust tip, but want it quiet. Having a little trouble dialing in the bottom end...
