Nope, how about this.

Start early and ride west.  At noon turn around and ride east.
Problem solved.

I can think of many "home made" ideas that would work but I am not aware of any to buy. Maybe someone else can help out more?

Thanks for the lead.  Boy they sure are proud of their visors.  Maybe a "home made" set like Mr. Kryptomite mentioned is the way to go.  I can use the picture as a guide.
