With the new RZR one of the things that we needed to change up is the interference of the brake pedal while pushing on the gas pedal since they are all the way to the right and very close together. The solutions we came up with is to eliminate part of the brake pedal.
The view of the stock pedals
We just took a cut off wheel and made a line on the outside (right) of the arm and cut this piece off.
The after view of the pedals
It is amazing how much room this little bit of pedal removed creates!

doesnt it weeken the pedal to much?
Actually not at all. The welds that connect the pedal to the lever are on the other side of the cut. I loved the extra room double pedaling in Moab and have not had any negitive effects yet.

I did it and its great!
I was having real issues double peddling.
The bottom right of the pedal kept hooking the side of my right boot.
I rode with this for three days on the Paiute over the 4th and it never hooked once.
Also never felt like I was going to "miss" the brake peddle because it was smaller.
